Meet Mariam Nabatanzi the woman who has been considered to be the most Fertile woman in Uganda after giving birth to
44 children. Mariam aged 39 years old has managed to have 4 set of twins and 3 sets of quintuplets . Mariam said her actual wish was to have 6 children she said she has been to the hospital to meet the doctors to stop her from having babies but they said that they would be putting her life at risk doing that because she was too fertile
